The purpose of the Elderwise Foundation is to:
Promote quality eldercare through evidenced-based education and training for nurses with a community focus;
Be a resource and provide connection for nurses working in community settings; Provide leadership for nurses in community settings; and
Provide scholarships for community nurses focused on continuing education.
